Our Sunday school youth are attempting to raise $715 to buy a farm through the ELCA's Good Gifts program. We are going step by step with the process and will be grateful for what we can give to others. Goal 1-Pig $30; Goal 2-Goat $50; Goal 3-Irrigation $100; Goal 4-Community garden $200; Goal 5-Cow $500; and the main goal-Full farm with education $715. Donations will be collected through Advent.
Baby Care Kits: As you shop for the baby care kits to be placed under the tree at Christmas Eve services, please remember that Lutheran World relief is very specific as to what the kits can contain. Please buy clothes that are sized 12 months, as they last longer. Also, please purchase only flat-fold diapers, which are more sanitary. Regular undershirts are preferred to onesies. Please purchase items for the kits in gender neutral colors (no pink, please).
Pastor is leading a Bible study on the Acts of the Apostles on Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm. All are invited to attend.
