Baptism, quilting, and Ukraine aid

Good day siblings in Christ,

This Sunday, we will be requiring masks for the service because we are having a baptism! We will be welcoming Madison as a child of God and celebrating with her family. Madison was born right as Covid was beginning and the shutdown happened, so this is a very special celebration indeed.

On Saturday March 19, there is a quilting offering on the National Day of Quilting. From 1:00-4:00 p.m. there is a pop-in and pop-out event to learn about quilting and where our quilts go. If you can tie a knot, you can quilt.

Finally, right now Lutheran World Relief is matching gifts to help Ukraine. We are collecting donations which will be sent as soon as possible to be part of this matching fund. If you would like to give through the church, please make a note that the donation is to be used for LWR Ukraine, so we can tally the amount appropriately. We want to send in all contributions within the next week or two.
