Good day siblings in Christ,
This is the week! The Maundy Thursday service will be at 7:00 p.m., Good Friday at 7:00 p.m., and Easter Sunday services will be at 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. There will be a light breakfast between services. With the uptick in Covid cases, I recommend wearing a mask due to the greater number of people present on Easter. This is not required, but I recommend it as a good idea. I will be masked for most of the services, so you will not stand out should you choose to wear a mask. Streaming will be on Facebook.
This is an exciting time, as we will have our first full Easter services in two years. While we were open last year, it was during the second major wave, so it was a shorter service with a smaller attendance. This year will be a much more normal.
I have had to prepare myself a bit with all the Holy Week preparations, two funerals, Patty and I getting sick, and general nerves after not doing this for two years. If you sent email in the last week or two and have not gotten an answer, I am not ignoring you and will get back to you after Easter. Thank you for understanding.
I am feeling better, but have a persistent cough. I will test myself again before the Easter services to be on the safe side.
