Events in September

Good day siblings in Christ,

Thank you to all who helped with the blessing of quilts and kits on Sunday. Thank you to the hands that helped pack the quilts on Tuesday. They have been shipped and are off to help people around the world.

On September 22 from 2-3 p.m. at 65 Cleveland Dr, there will be a memorial gathering for Amy Ferrara. All are welcomed to attend. If it rains, the location will be changed to our Fellowship Hall.

In September, we will launch our online survey called the Congregational Assessment Tool. I go into it in detail in the September newsletter. There will be two ways you can take it. Online is the preferred way. There will also be a printout that after it is filled out, one of our council members will need to input it. This will help us get an idea of where our congregation is and the feelings around the health of the congregation. When we get a launch date, you will have two weeks to fill it out.

Adult Bible study is off this week. Pastor has a Cherokee tribal meeting.

Get ready! October 5 will be our annual yard sale. Items can be dropped off in the kitchen below the sanctuary or in the link the week of the sale. We can use volunteers to help during the day as well as set up the days before and packing the days after.
